At the completion of this course, the student will have a better understanding of how surveillance is conducted and the techniques used. The student will understand when to apply surveillance to an insurance case, how surveillance can be used in other situations, the type of equipment needed and laws related to surveillance. The course will also cover common mistakes, how to better manage the investigator to achieve the goals and how to deal with surveillance that has been compromised.
